<p>Not material, of course.. I mean like if I don't score well on my test this May, can I opt out of sending the score to my college? Do if I give it, whatever I get will get sent regardless of how I perform?</p>

<p>Colleges don’t get AP scores unless you specify a college when you take the AP exam or pay to have them sent. AP scores are self-reported on the Common App and some schools may include them on transcripts.</p>
