Is the application fee wiaver request sent online or by paper(mail)??

<p>^^Hi everyone, I am wondering if the application fee waiver(not the SAT , just a letter attesting my incapability to pay) could be sent online by my counselor or should I send it by mail(sealed envelope)??

<p>And here is more information. You need to fill out the form hardcopy and submit to your school counselor. You can have up to 4 waivers. Also, each school that accepts the fee waiver has add’l instructions in the payment section of the common app:
