Is the Average GPA posted on UC websites uncapped or capped?

<p>Really quick question. On here <a href="http://admission.universityofcalifornia.edu/campuses/berkeley/freshman-profile/index.html"&gt;http://admission.universityofcalifornia.edu/campuses/berkeley/freshman-profile/index.html&lt;/a>
it says the average gpa for berkeley was 4.18. Is that UC capped or uncapped?</p>
