Is the deadline 11:59 on the 31st or the 1st?

<p>Thank you! Yes, I read the page, but wasn’t sure if it was something like 5 PM or whatnot. Actually, that was dumb of me to say January first…I guess I meant 12 AM on the 31st?</p>
