Is the Dec. 14 ACT Test useful for regular decision?

<p>I would like to know whether US universities will accept my Dec. 14 ACT score because the score is published after Dec. 30. </p>

<p>I also wonder that one the ACT official website it said that the score will be posted online during December 30, 2013 – February 07, 2014. Will I get my score far later than Dec. 30? Because if so, I will lose my chance to apply for regular decision.</p>

<p>Yes, you have to indicate on your application that you are taking it on that date however.</p>
