is the dining plan part of the housing payment?

<p>On UCSD's website it says: "UC San Diego’s Housing and Dining program is one of the most comprehensive and lowest priced in the UC system. It even includes housekeeping services and a Dining Plan!</p>

<p>Your Housing contract includes one of three Dining Dollar Plans based on your Housing assignment:</p>

* The 2893 ResHal Minimum Meal Plan (85 Dollars per week)
* The 2220 Apartment Minimum Meal Plan (65 Dollars per week)"

<p>When we pay for the housing, does that include dining too? or is dining a completely separate payment.</p>

<p>Yes. However, the full meal plan is an upgrade (meaning you have to pay more for it).</p>
