Is the early assurance guaranteed for pharmacy?

Say if I apply and get accepted into their early assurance pre-pharmacy program, and i get the 3.5 minimum gpa with no C's or lower in any of my classes, am I automatically guaranteed a spot? I know there's an interview, but I hear it's just to see if you're proficient at speaking English, which I don't think anyone born in the US should have a problem with.

Can I still be rejected even if I meet all those requirements, maybe because there are too many students who also meet the requirements for that specific year? Are the requirements just cutoffs to be applicable or are they all you need for a guaranteed spot? I know it's hard to maintain the 3.5, but I just want to be sure that I would be accepted if I can complete the requirements.

you’re just guaranteed an interview, not necessarily a spot
