Right now I live at home and commute to my local state university. The "college experience" (such as dorming, etc...) is something I'd really like to have so I'm planning to transfer my junior year.

My question is, will it be "over" for me as junior transfer? I'd really like to live in the dorms and experience all that jazz, but I know that at some colleges juniors and seniors usually get their own apartments by that time.

I am a somewhat young college freshman right now (18, I guess it's common here, but a lot of freshmen at my school started at 19 or older), and I'm looking into Case Western University.

I bet the dorm experience might be over for you as a junior. Just to give you an example, at the University of Southern California, practically all students move out of the dorms after their first year and into apartments/off-campus.

You can look into the Greek system and get to enjoy the college experience if you're into that. You can still live in your apartment, but have somewhere to go for the social scene.

It depends on the university. At some colleges and universities, most of the students live on campus for all 4 years. If dorm life is important to you, before applying, check out the percentage of juniors and seniors living on campus.
