<p>I'm an out-of-state student. and i've heard that for in-state ppl, UMich can be an inexpensive choice, but for out-of states, it can be even more expensive than private schools.
Cuz it's a state school, they dont give as much fin aid as some of the rich, renown colleges do.. is what i heard.
is this all essentially true?</p>
<p>Since it is a state school, yes the financial aid is not to OOS applicants more to instate applicants.</p>
