On my acceptance letter, it states that i got into the Liberal Studies Core Program and i will be studying in NY campus. But when i logged into my nyu albert, it says “Global Liberal Studies Program”? are these the same thing? i still want to transfer to CAS in my junior year. thank u!!!
They are not the same thing. Global Liberal Studies is a four-year major, while Liberal Studies is a two year program, after which you transfer to the school that corresponds to your chosen major. The first-year required courses are the same, but with separate sections for LS and GLS students.
