<p>i wasn't qualitifed for the presidential scholarship..so does this mean that i won't get any scholarships (merit-based) from rutgers?</p>

<p>Scholarships start at a 1950 SAT. Lowest is a $2500 Scarlet Scholarship. Different schools have their own scholarships too. You can get more than one.</p>
