Is the Princeton Cracking the ACT review helpful?

I received cracking the ACT 2012 Princeton review from a friend who took it in 2012. Is this book actually helpful or a waste of time? Should I get the 2015 edition or is it the same?

I’d stick with the 2012 edition if you want test taking strategies. If you want more practice tests, consider getting the “Real ACT Prep Guide”. It has real practice tests written by ACT writers.
