The NYU School of Professional Studies offers undergrad/masters degree programs for students/professionals. I’m wondering if UCLA extensions is the same thing as I can’t find their admission requirements?

UCLA extension offers continuing Education and Certificate programs for working adults and life long learners. It does not offer Undergrad/Masters programs but has classes that enhance a degree or professional certification. It has open enrollment.
