Is the Unifieds list incomplete?

<p>On a separate thread, an official at the New School mentioned they will be auditioning at Unifieds. They aren't listed on unifiedauditions.com and that makes me wonder, is the list incomplete?</p>

<p>I know other schools will be auditioning elsewhere in New York during the same time period, and probably in the other Unified cities as well. Perhaps that is where the confusion lies. Anyone know?</p>

<p>There are many schools that audition at the same time, in the same city as Unifieds. But they are not “officially” part of the Unified auditions - usually not in the same location/hotel. My D auditioned for DePaul and BU in Chicago during Unifieds, but neither school was part of Unifieds. You have to check every schools website to find out if they are doing regional auditions at the same time.</p>

<p>^^ that’s the answer. BU, CMU, UNCSA, Syracuse, Purchase…etc. hold auditions at the time of Unifieds (or on days before or after) in various cities. You have to check the websites.</p>

<p>Someday someone should just go ahead and create an “Un-unifieds” list. It’s a shame people have to worry and scramble. Thank you, CC - that’s the only way we realized that we could put our Unifieds and others together.</p>

<p>There is a thread in the MT forum about the non-unified schools that audition at Unifieds in Chicago. Might be helpful in getting a list started here. I know that Coastal Carolina University will be in Chicago during Chicago Unifieds. You can register on their website for an audition spot,

Yes as others mentioned, while New School for Drama is not a Unified school, we will be in the same cities at the same time.
URTA cities as well for MFA.
And congratulations on your son’s Shenandoah acceptance!</p>
