<p>I would suggest that when evaluating “hotness,” there are at least three factors:

  1. Innate appearance as provided by genetics.
  2. Modification to appearance (clothing, makeup, exercise).
  3. Behavior.</p>

<p>It seems to me that Chicago is likely to lag behind a school like USC on all of these.</p>
