Is the University of Chicago more oriented towars science

Hi everyone. I'm doing my college research. I am not a science person. I want to major in humanity studies like history, political science, etc. Is the University of Chicago more a science college?

Thanks a lot.

University of Chicago has a great economics and a great poly sci. UChicago is well known for sciences, but still has great programs in humanities. It is probably not the best place for pre professional studies though.

I think you should ask the question here

many UOC students will give you first hand answers.

Chicago is a pretty balanced school. It’s strong in the sciences but really is more known for humanities and social sciences.
