Is the US SATII harder than the AP Exam?

The same question goes for World.

I haven’t taken it, but I’ve heard that the subject tests are more detail-oriented questions, so whether that is easier or harder is up to you

I heard it is extremely hard compared to the AP exam, but don’t take my word for it. I am taking it june 5.

Yes! I shall gurantee a 5 on my AP exam but I only got a 740 on my SATII. I was crushed!! I’m retaking in 10 days (I think that’s the current number uhoh)

Yep. I took it in May, and it was ridiculously more specific than the AP exam was.

It’s not that it’s harder, it’s just that they are different types of questions and your AP US class most likely focuses on AP-oriented material, while the SAT is oriented a different way. Get a prep book and study a lot and it should become much easier than the AP because of the lack of essays.

The SAT II is slightly more difficult…I took both this May and I thought the questions on the SAT II were more specific, but not THAT more specific than the AP exam. If you think you did well on AP, I’d review and take the SATII.
