Is there a breakout of the academic profile by college for incoming frosh?

Specifically, I am looking for the academic profile (mid 50 pct ACT and rank/gpa) of the last freshman class in the college of Engineering. I have seen this kind of data at UIUC, but could not find it (yet) at UM.

What I remember from last year is an unweighted GPA of 3.9 and an ACT of 30, 31 0r 32 (can’t remember which)

GPA 3.9 ACT 30. Was what I was told at the information session.

Any body know how many people who are exactly at the 50% get admitted. That is my profile GPA 3.9 ACT 30

look on u mich website for engineering bulliton. ik theres one for lsa

Middle 50th percentile is 31 ACT and 3.9 UW GPA. Approximately 56% of applicants to CoE are admitted. So, if you’re qualified, you have a good shot at getting in (I hope) :)!

thanks, acta. Can you cite where you acquired your data? I was looking for the middle spread of ACT and gpa/rank, and not a single point. But that is something to chew on.

[Michigan Engineering | Facts + Figures](http://www.engin.umich.edu/about/facts.html)

thanks. good info and site. THis is probably as close as I am going to get. UM apparently does not publish a mid 50 spread.

They have a mid-50% somewhere, but I don’t know where it is. I’ve seen it before though.

Mid-50 for ACT for CoE is 29-33. I believe I read that it was 31-34 for Ross and 27-31 for LSA, if either of those numbers will help with context.

Don’t know the GPAs.

What is the average ACT at UIUC Engineering?

and that’s for admitted only

^^^
Seems kind of low.

Mid 50% range of COE admits at UIUC have an ACT range of 30-33.
