<p>Like when you applied and you already sent all the materials needed for the application and later on never recieve a decision letter. I am just wondering if that ever happens.</p>
<p>Whether it does or doesn’t, why would it matter to you? If you’re in a situation where you’ve not heard from a college, pick up a telephone and call them. </p>
<p>If you’re asking about a physical letter – many colleges are getting away from needlessly sending paper letters if it’s just to inform people about rejections and such. If they ascertain that a rejected applicant logged onto the decision portal and accessed the decision, they won’t send an actual rejection letter in some cases.</p>
