Is there a deadline to declare CS as major?

<p>For example, the economics major requires that you apply for the major before completing XXX units at Berkeley. </p>

<p>Is there a similar requirement for the CS major? </p>

<p>Would it be possible to switch from EECS to CS my Senior year granted I satisfy all other requirements?</p>
