is there a difference in newer ediitons of ap books?

hey all,

I recently was able to get the princeton review ap us history and ap chemistry books from a friend (both of them are the 2004-2005 edition). however, I just found out that theres a newer edition of both books, the 2006-2007 edition. do you think I should go out and buy the newer books or will there be no difference/hardly noticeable?

for ap micro/macro economics, I don't have the book yet, and I'm thinking of buying the princeton review one. I should obviously buy the 2006-2007 version right?

thanks

AP US history hasn't changed, so a book from 2004-2005 is fine

For econ, you should probably read the reviews for the different books. There are lots of reviews on amazon.com

I had an AP US book from 1996 last year, and nothing changed.

Well I would recommend buying a new book only the year after CB releases their MC questions. So usually in 5 or 6 yr intervals.
