Is there a solid Computer Science program that rivals that of MIT's or Stanford's?
What about other Ivies ( I know Cornell already does).

NO. Why do people keep asking about Penn's CS? if u want to study CS, apply to mit, stanford, carnegie mellon, berkeley, cornell, princeton, cal tech, harvard, and then consider Penn, unless you're really interested in business & CS, then Penn's M&T would be a great choice.

Penn doesn't have a BA in CS. It does have engineering degrees in computer science engineering. If you have questions about the program PM mattwonder. He knows a bunch about the program.

Penn's CIS program is probably good enough to get you where you need to go. It's just undergrad.

MIT's is probably more solid, but I'd say Penn's is pretty good.
