I’m wondering if more people get deferred or rejected when applying for ED (out of the people who don’t get accepted). Are there more people who get rejected than deferred?
Depends on the school, the quality of the applicant pool etc.
Usually more people are deferred (for Yale this year it was 54% deferred to 29% rejected).
@donglified1 Yale is non-binding EA, the question is about binding ED. Typically EA schools do defer a lot of applicants.
Ahh, my bad. In that case, I’m not too sure - I would think that the percentages wouldn’t be too off, though.
