Is there a limit on AP credit?

Does CMU limit AP credit that can be converted to course credit? I found a conversion chart, and it was really useful, but nowhere did I find any limits which would be awesome, cause I intend to rack up some AP credits and hopefully save both time and money.

If I want to major in ECE, how useful are these APs (assuming I will be able get a score high enough to place out):

Biology
Chemistry
Calculus BC
Physics C: Mechanics
Statistics
Computer Science
MicroEconomics
MacroEconomics
US History
European History
US Gov/Pol
Psychology

(I will probably not use Calculus and Physics, cause I need to review those)

Also on separate note: in college in general, are the number of course units you attain limited? For example, would any college disallow someone from completing 460 units if the graduation requirement is 360? I think I read somewhere that you aren't allowed to take too many courses in college.

Thank you for your responses.

There are some limits on college credit earned at non-CMU colleges before your freshman year. For example, you can’t use such credit toward any requirements at Tepper. Afaik, there don’t seem to be any restrictions on the amount of AP’s you can convert to credit.
