Is there a limit to how many credits a college will reward me for AP and IB classes?

I plan on taking several AP classes my first two years of high school and then taking part in the IB Diploma program. If I score high enough to receive credits for these classes, will my college give me credit for all of the classes? I am currently looking at UVA, and I would be able to earn 77 college credits from the classes I plan to take. This seems outrageous. I am taking the courses to challenge myself and not for college credit, but I am curious if they would all count.

Most schools do have a limit. I would suggest looking on their website or contacting them.
