Hey guys, Michigan is my number 1 school. I feel pretty confident that I can get in and I don't really look at it as a safety though since well...it is my number 1. I'm just wondering if you guys think I need to think about applying to "lesser" schools.

I have a 33 ACT and 2200 SAT with a 3.65 HS GPA with ALMOST all AP/Honors. I'm not going to be ridiculous like some and list all my ec's just since Michigan isn't all that big on them and just when considering your reply trust me I guess that I have pretty good EC's with varsity sport and student government etc. etc. and out of school stuff.

I am also an IN-state applicant. Any help would be appreciated since I just want to get those "lesser" schools applications done IF I need to before school starts.

SBDad I only counted my unweighted GPA from 10th and 11th grade only and averaged them. I didn't (as my school does not) count +'s or -'s. I only counted A's and B's. Is that what you meant? Or is there something I'm missing to the recalculated Umich GPA?
