Is there a point to taking the ACT if I've taken SAT

Hi, is there any benefit to taking the ACT if I've already taken the SAT and done very well?

I'm curious because I've heard that three high subject test scores may look better than just two, so I'm wondering if doing well on both the ACT and SAT looks better than just doing well on one.

Thanks.

If you’ve done very well on the SAT then don’t worry about the ACT. In addition to being the primary test in the midwest, it’s an alternative that is frequently used by people who don’t fare well on the SAT. You don’t get extra points for sending both.
