During fall, I applied as interest in business administration. UW accepted me! However, it was for a pre-major in arts and science even though I did not mention anything that would put me in the college of science and arts. Is there a pre-major for business that I wasn't put into? And if so, is there still a way for me to apply for the competitive foster's school of business even though my pre-major is science and arts?

The following Foster web page applies to you:

@vanimelde thank you for the link, but not going to lie, that doesnt answer my question as directly as i wanted it to. so is it a a yes that there is no pre-major for business and a yes that i can still apply to foster’s even though i have a pre-major in science and arts?

I’m fairly sure that you can apply to any major irrespective of what your pre-major is. So at the very least that’s a yes on your last question.

My apologies for being unclear. From the link,

“Admission to the undergraduate program of the Foster School of Business is competitive, but we encourage all who meet the minimum application requirements to apply.”

What are these “minimum application requirements?” Let’s look at a page available on the originally-provided link:

<a href=“Undergraduate Programs | Foster School of Business”>Undergraduate Programs | Foster School of Business;

The minimum requirements are some intro courses (enumerated on the website), a writing assessment (see original link), and a 2.5 cumulative GPA. As a particular pre-major is not specified as a requirement, inference tells us that a particular pre-major is not a prerequisite for applying. Depending on how Univ. of Washington defines a “pre-major,” you could simply take the view that the prerequisites for being admitted to a given major comprise its “pre-major.” As far as I know, Univ. of Washington does not restrict access to courses based on pre-major (only major courses), so this should not be an issue.
