What is the proper way to put the title --your name/BD/HS etc? S think he read this somewhere and now we cannot find it.</p>

The common app states this in the essay section:
“You must put your full name, date of birth, and name of secondary school on each sheet.” I guess adding this info as a header would take care of the requirement.</p>
<p>I was going to space by a multiple of 1.5. It allows enough space between lines to read easily without blank spots covering the page. Should I instead single space?
I wouldn’t add an extra space between paragraphs since this might be frowned upon by some adcoms as unprofessional or a middle school habit.</p>
