I can't find any specific ranking for LAC

I've never seen one, either. Some good schools are- Bryn Mawr (women), Wellesley (women), Bates, Harvey Mudd, Carleton. There are also schools with a 3/2 program with major universities. Maybe you should start with the general LAC ranking list, pick individual schools that appeal to you, and go to their websites. Many of the well-ranked LACs are good in science, and have many graduates admitted to top medical and graduate schools.

Harvey Mudd is among the tops in all math, science, and engineering fields for LAC's. Its undergrad programs compete with Caltech and MIT.

Harvey Mudd is THE best LAC for the sciences and engineering. The only possible exception is biology.

I heard Swarthmore is also quite good.

Rugg's Recommendations On the Colleges covers LACs by major and by selectivity and by size
