Is there a reason to take the SAT if you have a good ACT?

If you had a good ACT test result (99%) and missed the cut off for NMSF, is there any compelling reason to take the SAT? I'm thinking not, but just wanted to double check.

Other than for NMSF, if you are satisfied with ACT, there is no reason to take SAT. Colleges readily accept either.

Thanks. That confirms my thoughts exactly. We’ll save the money, stress and time.
