Is there a typical profile of a transfer student?

First off, I was trying to find the transfer admittance rate at the G-Town website but couldn't find it. Anyone know that info.?

Also, G-Town wants to you to average a letter grade higher than satisfactory (a B where C qualifies as adequate) but else are they looking for?

I'm sure they must look at SATs, APs, HS GPA and a host of other things but what's the typical G-Town transfer have in these departments.

Also, how hard is the adjustment as a transfer being that you had missed at least Freshman year. Is there orientation or a way to ease the transition? Is it difficult to make friends specifically at G-Town? And how valid is the stereotype that G-Town students are right-wing, elitist, spoiled children?

Thanks.

bump please

It also depends on which college you're applying to.
