This site has made me quite OCD and worried about college which is obviously shown my all my posts. Please dont bash me....

It feels like all the colleges I like are college I can't get into......I might be asking for too much.... If you ask I will tell which universities I like and why.

I mean I want a modern medium-large university with relatively liberal policies with a serious yet laid back kinda nerdy atmosphere with some of the brightest mind, professors and students. It has to be very active politically especially civilized politics(ask me if you need to) and have a strong debate team. At lot of clubs is nice too. I like to travel, so study abroad is cool especially with Oxbridge,ICL,Dublin...etc. Of course it must be something well known and reputable among top grad schools.

I look at some of the colleges I like, they have partial accelerators, very useful for Physics, supercomputers, nice for CompSci(ask),and Robotic centers, some control space based telescopes as well. All have advanced research opportunities . As far a I know, these are very expensive and rare. The thing is I love breaking edge science.

I am also fond of politics, history and law as you may know by now. Even if I go into sciences, I would maybe like to go into politics in the future.

My major is up in the air. It is either CompSci,International Relations/Politics, Physics(for Ph.D in Astrophysics), or some type of Engineering(Aerospace,Electrical,Biotech)...I am leaning towards a double major in Physics and Electrical Engineering.

Location is pretty important.Campus wise,I prefer a urban or suburban location with large old and new buildings.(think UCLA) Boston is highest on my list since Boston is great and it is only 1/2 hour away. New England is still good, as is California. The rest of the US is ok,but I don't "prefer" it. International is fine as well as long as they give FA.

ASK ME ALL YOUR QUESTION THAT COULD HELP!!
