Is there a waiting period for reapplication if denied admission?

<p>Hello,</p>

<p>I was considering applying to several schools for this Spring semester. However, I will only have 1 semester of college credit and my HS GPA and test scores are very poor. My concern is that I do not have enough college credit to offset my poor HS performance. If I were to be denied Spring admission, would I be able to reapply for the Fall semester, or do I have to wait a designated amount of time before reapplying? I would imagine it is specific to each school, but is there a general rule of thumb that could be followed?</p>

<p>Most schools want you to wait a year between applications. So Spring 08 - Spring 09.</p>

<p>Thank you for the information. So far I have found CMC and Columbia GS will allow me to apply this Spring and the following Fall. I am trying to put together a list of schools that will allow me to apply this semester and next.</p>
