<p>I faxed it.</p>

<p>Does it show up on MyUCF?</p>

<p>No, you have to phone the health center. They will look it up and let you know.</p>

<p>If the school does not have your immunization record, there will be a hold on the account at “my UCF” As soon as it is received, the hold will be lifted. I faxed it on Fri and the hold was removed the same day</p>
