Is there any chance I'm in the ballpark for Johnson?

Well, a few of my other pursuits of merit aid elsewhere have fallen short, which is only enhancing some Johnson anxieties. I know no one can be sure, but if anyone can say whether I’m in the ballpark, I’d appreciate it.

SAT: 2270 (780/760/730)
GPA: 4.2 out of 4 – 1st in class of 250 at above average but not upper-echelon PA public high school
AP Scores: Calc AB (5), US History (5), US Government (5)
Current Schedule: AP Macroeconomics, AP Physics, AP English, AP Calculus BC, Gym, Music Theory (presently have an “A” in everything)
EC: Eagle Scout with Bronze Palm, Senior Drum Major of school band (two years), Founder/Editor of School News Blog, Captain & President of Quiz Bowl Team, President of Model United Nations, Active Music Department Participant (concert band, jazz band, marching band, symphonic orchestra, pit orchestra – made county band three years), NHS, work for a web development company part time, avid Wikipedia editor
Essay: I’d like to think it was good – wrote about how my participation in the school news blog identified with the quote from the former president about finding middle ground … generic Common App essay was about an experience in Boy Scouts, and supplemental Common App essay was about Wikipedia
Recommendations: probably in the same realm as most others who are applying – I dumped six on them, which may not have been a great move – one from AP Gov teacher, one from my AP US teacher, one from one of my favorite English teachers, one from newspaper advisor, one from my band director (I know that one is strong), and one from my boss
Hooks: None. The standard upper middle class white male from small town/suburbia, unfortunately.

Would appreciate any feedback.

@Woppifier0101 Do you have any insight?
