There is always a chance! It really wouldn’t hurt to apply imho. Maybe they’ll absolutely love something on your application, you never know!!

If you can afford the application fee then what do you have to lose? Look at the results thread. There are a lot of kids who got in with high scores and grades but a handful with stats like yours. You will really have to come off as very unique though. Maybe you have a hook?
