Also gives a good amount of financial aid for international students
Depends what you mean by “good” and “selective”.
Any major US college with a sound CS program that has been around for a substantial number of years will provide a solid education in a field that will result in a student that’s very employable. That includes a large number of state schools with lower costs than the "elite’ schools.
Google and Amazon may raid MIT/Stanford/CMU for their top few dozen research/development leadership positions, but there are many, many companies that need CS talent. Check USNews/CSRankings/etc. starting at number 20 and there will be many options with decent acceptance rates and accessible GPA/SAT metrics.
Someone else will have to cover the financial aid for international students - I’ve heard it’s scarce, but have no personal experience.
The only colleges that give good financial aid to internationals are the highly selective colleges e.g. Harvard, Amherst, Stanford etc.
