Hi everyone. I'm considering which uni or LACs should i choose. However, I want to major in business and I'm looking for some financial aid frorm school. Thus, can anyone tell me is the any LAC that has business major? I, am extremely interested in Business, esp Management :) Thank you.

You do realize that business education is an affront to all that LACs stand for, right?

Actually some LAC’s do have a liberal arts version of a business major.
Ohio Wesleyan has an accounting major
Franklin and Marshall college Has a really nice business major with its own brand new building

Sorry
I didnt mean any thing. I just dont know if there are any LACs that teache Business Majors. very sorry >.<

Elon is as close as you get to a LAC that includes business and other communications… stuff…

What about Bucknell, someone suggested that in another similar thread I believe.

Alfred University (NY) has a School of Business and a College of Liberal Arts, Art & Design, and Engineering. Alfred is considered a “Master’s University” by USNWR.

Alfred is considered a “Great Schools, Great Prices” by USNWR, a “Best Value” by the 2010 Fiske Guide, it is listed in Princeton Review’s “Best 368”. We were very pleased with our FA package. It is rural & has about 2200 students. Hope this helps.

Is University of Richmond considered a LAC? They advertise themselves as being one.
