After my sophomore year, I took the math 2 and US history subject tests. I got 800s on both of them.

I'm currently a junior. I'm taking AP physics and doing well in it, and considering taking the physics subject test. If I've already done two, is there any reason to take a third? How hard is it to get an 800 on physics? Would I hurt myself by getting sub-800 on a subject test after getting two 800s?

Edit: None of the colleges I'm applying to specifically require 3.

Well taking a third could be a nice little boost, but how much depends on the major you’re applying for. A lot of people take subject tests to boost their application for a certain program. (For instance, I plan on being a biology major so I’m going to take the bio subject test. Math I or II could be a nice supplement.) I have no idea how hard it the physics one would be, but I don’t think a sub-800 will be too detrimental, like I said, it depends on your goals. Hope this helps some!
