Is there any way I could get into Cornell engineering?

I am currently a junior, have a 4.0 unweighted GPA, 4 AP Classes this year. I got a 1430 on the PSAT which should give me national merit in my state (kentucky). I have a 31 on my ACT but I think I can get it up a few points and I expect to take the SAT in June. What do you think my test scores would have to be to have a decent shot?
(White male if that matters)

extra curriculars? do yoy have any experience in engineering clubs? research?

Before this gets moved to the “chance me” forum of miasma, perhaps you should check out the results thread in the Cornell forum? Also google the “Common data sets” of your target colleges. Good luck

@smileydinosaur I am in NHS and a service club and do a good amount of service

Take a look at environmental engineering at Cornell CALS. Acceptance rate slightly higher than the College of Engineering, but still highly selective. And you can’t beat the price if you are a NY resident.

the engineering school at cornell is very selective. In order to distinguish yourself, I would suggest that you join some tech/engineering clubs or intern somewhere
