Is there anyone here who loves Economics?

I self-studied AP Micro and loved it, am gonna go for Macro too. I was very cynical of economics before but I was prejudiced. It's a really special way of viewing the world logically yet without ignoring the human irregularities.

Wonder if anyone here likes econ too?

I just started my AP Micro Course. It is really interesting. I am taking Macro next semester. Macro seems more interesting, but I heard it was more difficult.

I like econ, it really explains on how many everyday activities operate.
I’m taking Macro this year. But I heard from many that Micro is the more difficult one? o.o

^ I think Macro is harder. It emphasis govt. polocies so it might be more holistic and abstract. Can’t wait to start it!

I find Macro harder than Micro overall, but some Micro stuff (firm theory) I found quite challenging to study on my own. Neither are too bad tbh. I’ll be taking Econ 101 this semester after chickening out of the AP Micro test so I’ll have more feedback then.

I’m a Keynesian.

aha, so do you really believe that government spending could jumpstart economies?

I am a chicken; I cancelled the Econ:MAC on the morning of the day of the test.
Partly because I found MAC to be hard. Partly because I got lazy
I used to love HS Econ until I decided to cram Econ:MIC for a week.

you should have given yourself 2 weeks lol
I got a 5 with 2 weeks of self-study

I hate my macro class I thought I would breeze through but it’s a little difficult and my teacher isn’t the best.

I am in m macro class and I actually love it as I’m looking at the news to the recession and stuff. It really has helped me understand the world.:)

Get Microeconomic Theory by Nicholson. Great text.
