Is there anyone who got into RICE university with low stats?

Hi There,
I recently applied to Rice University. I did all my high school in the U.S but I am not a citizen of this country. So, I applied under "international applicant" with financial needs stated.

My GPA is 4.0 (unweighted)
97.4% - GPA weighted
I did a summer research at YALE university/ Southern Connecticut U.
I live in 5 countries for the 1st 12 years of my life

Those are some of the most impressive things about me.

My SAT scores are not very high:
Highest - 600 CR 650 M 640 C (1890) But my super-score would be 1920

Please chance me!!!
