<p>I am in a really bad spot right now. I REALLY want to go to Texas A&M in the fall of 2014. The problem is, honestly my GPA (2.57) is crap. Im studying REALLY hard to score as high as I can on the SAT & ACT. I have pretty good extra-currliculars, and PLENTY of community service. What can i do to increase my chances of getting into Texas A&M? Im really willing to do anything I can to get into that college. Is there any gateway programs or something? ANYTHING? Any advice or tips are GREATLY appreciated. Thanks!</p>
<p>Of course there is a chance of gateway. Study hard for your exams, write good essays and just apply. Also, if you have turned some sort of academic corner where you are applying yourself more, there are also junior colleges that are easier to transfer from, even without gateway. Do you think your current gpa is a true indication of your capabilities, or is there room for improvement?</p>
