I am a US high school student and I recently applied to the faculty of arts with a 3.7 weighted gpa and a 1930 cumulative SAT score (670 CR, 720 W, 540 M)... I know my grades and SAT score aren't outstanding (especially math), but do I have any chance of getting in? also, is it true that McGill only takes courses that pertain to what you intend to study into consideration? one more question... is the faculty of arts the easiest school to get into?

woops any way* not anyway

Your GPA is okay but you’re right your SAT math score is really going to hurt you… What about your SAT IIs? If the scores for those were good, admissions may overlook your math score.

They look at all of your grades but they pay special attention to the ones that pertain to what you study.

Education is the easiest faculty to get into.
