Is there even a chance?

So first of all I have to explain some things before even trying to get a good review of my chances. I'm an international student that WILL graduate from Engineering in 2015, however I only went to college at my country of birth due to health problems of one of my parents. I am basically doing a degree just in case of emergency. Now the situation has stabilised and I can think about taking studies in US. I was wondering about going Undergraduate, because even tho I will finish one of the most prestiguous universities in my country (top 5 for sure) I didn't really pay attention to it that much.

Another thing is that we have a weird grade system which kinda fails most of us when we need it. However it presents basically like this:
6 - you need to know more than 100% of the material
5 - 90 -100%
4 - 75 - 90%
3 - 50 - 75%
2 - 30 - 50%
1 - <30%

So now, I will just post some basics and you can try to give me the review of any good university that has a good Business / Economic / International Relations Major.

Objective:

SAT I (breakdown): Didn't take yet - going to study for at least 2000+
ACT: won't take for sure
SAT II: Going to take MathII for 700+ and World History for 700+
Unweighted GPA (out of 4.0): If I count it in a scale of country it would be 5,156. (only 5% of students countrywide get 5.0+ GPA)
Rank (percentile if rank is unavailable): top 1% of ~500
AP (place score in parenthesis): n/a
IB (place score in parenthesis): n/a
Senior Year Course Load: n/a
Major Awards (USAMO, Intel etc.): Finalist of European Parliament Internship Contest Countrywide (3rd Place)

Subjective:

Extracurriculars (place leadership in parenthesis): Class President for 4 straight years, School Board Representative (co-leader), many Soccer related awards (National Championship 3rd place, Central Europe Tournament Finalists amongst teams from Romania, Hungary, Chech and Slovakia, Regional Championships 4 times in a row finalists), attended Karate for one year, Beach Volleyball / Voleyball School / City / State Finalist, Handball Regional Finalist, Basketball Regional Finalist, Member of one of the most prestiguous group that consociates talented graphic designers from all over the world.

Other

State (if domestic applicant):
Country (if international applicant): Poland

Where would I like to go?
Dream: Harvard, Yale, Princeton, Stanford, Columbia, Brown, Carnegie Mellon, Amherst, Dartmouth, MIT and any other university that can provide me a financial aid. You can choose for me <wink></wink>

Will I have a shot at any of these if I score the lowest sat I assume? (SATI - ~2000, SAT II around 700 from each of the two).

Cheers and thank you for your time!

To be realistic, it is highly highly unlikely to get into any of the schools you listed with ~2000 SAT scores and ~700 SAT II scores.

2200+ and 750+ (preferably 800) are ideal scores.

Ok I see, let’s say I will get 2200 and 750, which is achievable for me. I just need to study a bit more.

Aim for 800, but if you do get such scores, it definitely is possible!

Do more research on aid given to International applicants at those schools, though.

Uhm, okay I see. Thank you for your fast answers, it really helps a lot!
I am also waiting for some more responses, tips and overall review of all that stuff.
Cheers!
