Is there someone who got 2300+,had nice ecs, 3.9 gpa (out of 5) and still got rejected from Cornell?

I’d imagine that most people with a 3.9 on a 5.0 scale would be rejected. There are already plenty of unhooked 3.9 on a 4.0 scale applicants that are rejected with 2250+ scores.

A close friend of mine was denied this admissions cycle with a 3.8 out of a 4.0 and a 2360. This might have been due to the fact that she’s Asian, though.
