Read title. I am really confused as to whether or not an econ minor exists. According to the website that lists all the minors at Cornell, the econ department does not offer a minor in the subject. However, browsing around the forum, I read a few posts by a user (miktau) who said that there is an econ minor specifically for ILR students. Is this true? What if I am enrolled in CALS--is there no way I can get a formal minor in economics?

yes 10 char

I have also been looking at minors. I will be an ILR student and thought there was an economics minor, however when I go to look for it on the web site I cannot find it. Any help?

from the cornell econ website:

Sorry for reviving this dead, dead thread. But I just wanted to clarify that there IS an economics minor - and only for ILR students. It cannot be found on the website(I have no idea why it can’t), but you can talk to Student Services for information.
