Your schedule ard hard, but there is this one girl I know...

She is taken 6 APs, plus Anatomy which is AP without the credits or something like that. And, she has to take 7 AP Tests since 1 AP Class has 2 Tests.

take ap gov instead of ap euro

I know people like that... they are interesting... lots of fun. physics C has 2 tests... that one, no?

OP: I'd say your schedule sucks. But you're taking 4 APs and I'm taking 4 or possibly 5. So whatever. YAY APES!!!!

My school doesn't offer govt.

oboe: take the one with calc and physics (just my opinion)

chickenboi: take AP chem

futurenyustudent: I hope you get into Stern. Nice schedule.

I took 7 AP's this year (8 if you count Physics C as two) and did fine in the classes.
But, getting 4's and 5's is a completely different story. :)
I'm crossing my fingers.

This is mine for senior year

AP English Lit / IB English HL
AP Calculus BC / IB Math HL
AP Physics C / IB Physics HL
AP Gov / IB History HL
AP French 5 / IB French SL
AP Computer Science A
IB TOK / Economics

And i'm going to self study for
-AP Stat, which everyone says it is an easy test
-AP Spanish. i'm trying my luck for AP language tests
-AP World History, which most sophomores took it in my school and i didn't; i skipped my sophomore year
-AP Micro/Macro Economics.not sure, we even don't have this AP in our school

the reason i take so many is because i only take 2 AP tests this year(junior), due to IB tests, calculus giving subscores, my ESL background etc reasons lol i can get 4s, but i can't get 5s, i am addicted to procrastination, and i'm really confused i should focus on quality or quantity, i think i'm dying.

hope i can get into berkeley, and i hope everyone good luck~~

rainbell ive heard that the stats test is much harder now. and wow u skipped ur sophomore year?? how???

Those schedules are going to be grueling but I think you should take the absolute hardest you think you can handle and can pass for college. I took six AP because i looked at it this way: do it now for free or pay for it later. Why not get those courses over with so you can have more choise in college and have better experience than other student? I think I will get credit from5 out of the six courses I took this year plus some from previous years. if everthing turns out I will have sophmore standing when I walk in. My two cents.. take the hardest courses that you think you would like to have done with before college.

I took the AP Statistics Exam this year, I was like holy cow, are you kidding me!

Rainbell, good luck.

Hopefully, you already know French and Spanish.

World History/Gov/Macro/Micro... you'll need to study for.

ComputerScience/Calculus/English/Stat you should learn over the year so you don't have to study at the end.

Physics C is an odd one, some people can retain all the info, some have to cram at the end (due to good/bad teachers, etc.)

we have the stupid thing called IB

and the ib coordinator said, hey do u want to skip your grade and get an IB diploma, lol. and i said yes, and i have to be a junior to get diploma, and then i skipped

how hard is stat? they all say it's easy

thanks surge

i think we got a very good physics teacher for C, but not B lol

and the most important thing i learned from this year is not to procrastinate, not to procrastinate, no procrastination

NO PROCRASTINATION

I took 6 just because I had 2-7 hour schedule. Otherwise i would've taken 7, but some easy crappy AP class... (like AP economics (at my school anyhow) or AP french (<- i of course, woulnd't take the test, though.. i already know a foreign language and working on a 3rd one that isn't french)

I had:

AP Bio, AP enviro (<- sooo easy.. but i do enjoy nature), AP studio art (<-I'm art major, btw), AP Calc BC (<- killed me), AP English LIterature, AP Government US politics...

Good luck! It didn't kill me and it wasn't so bad, actually.. only thing that really murdered me so far was...: AP chemistry and AP calculus BC.. I'm not math/science person so...

I'll take AP Gov (both), AP Calc AB + BC, AP Physics B and AP Lit next year. Kind of dissapointing, because I wanted to add AP Psych as well but didn't have the right time period. But meh.
