I currently go to a small school which offers only honors classes, and will be switching to a much bigger school next year. Here is my 4 year course plan:

12th:

AP Literature and Composition (or Career English and Poetry)
International Business(1 Semester)
Street Law(2 Semester)
AP Photo
AP Statistics
Floral Design 1 & 2
For 12th are you not taking a history/ social or do International Business and Street Law fall under the history/ social at your school? I can see how they would fall under social studies so you are okay there. No science senior year so I think you may want to make up for the lack of science in your schedule by making up for it by maybe taking on AP Calc? It’s not a must just a thought.
The consistency of Photo 1 & 2 and AP Photo looks good. Maybe enter some photo contests if it’s something you become good at and enjoy.
